GENETICS CONSULTING PROPOSAL
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This proposal outlines consulting services and genetics delivery to update your 2026 menu based on sales team requirements. The scope includes sourcing sales team requested varieties, providing proven performers from our genetics library, and ensuring all incoming plant material meets rigorous pathogen screening standards prior to facility introduction.
SCOPE OF WORK
Phase 1: Menu Genetics from Consultant Library
Based on collaborative discussion with your team, two varieties have been selected from our genetics menu to address specific production and market needs:
Our flagship variety. A market favorite high performer - deep pink/purple with a candy-forward, gassy terpene profile. Proven production performer consistently testing above 30% THC. This variety delivers the bag appeal, potency metrics, and yield consistency.
Selected to fulfill the request for a sativa-leaning hybrid with sub-65-day flower time and strong production metrics. This variety offers the sativa-leaning hybrid profile fills a gap in the current menu while maintaining the yield performance necessary for commercial viability. This plant is insane.
Phase 2: Allocation of Requested Genetics
Your sales team has identified Cereal Milk and XJ-13 as priority additions to the menu. We will leverage our network and sourcing capabilities to locate and secure verified cuts of these varieties on your behalf.
Please note: Allocation of legacy genetics is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, we are confident in our ability to deliver based on current market relationships.
Additionally, you have indicated that your existing XJ-13 mother stock is showing signs of age-related decline and is no longer performing consistently in production. Replacement sourcing for this variety is included in this phase.
Phase 3: Pathogen Screening & Verification
All incoming genetics—whether sourced externally or delivered from our library—will undergo comprehensive pathogen panel testing prior to introduction to your facility. This protects your existing plant population and ensures clean integration into your IPM program.
Full panel screening includes HLVd, powdery mildew, Fusarium, Pythium, Botrytis, and other common pathogens.
INVESTMENT
This flat project fee includes:
- Donachello (50 production-ready clones)
- Peach Breath (50 production-ready clones, including library activation and propagation)
- Full panel pathogen screening on all delivered varieties

Sourcing of Cereal Milk and XJ-13 replacement cuts will be billed at acquisition cost with no markup, plus a flat $500 coordination fee per variety to cover sourcing time, verification, and pathogen screening of acquired material.
Estimated allocation costs will be provided for approval prior to any purchase.
