PROJECT OVERVIEW

This proposal outlines consulting services and genetics delivery to update your 2026 menu based on sales team requirements. The scope includes sourcing sales team requested varieties, providing proven performers from our genetics library, and ensuring all incoming plant material meets rigorous pathogen screening standards prior to facility introduction.

SCOPE OF WORK

Phase 1: Menu Genetics from Consultant Library

Based on collaborative discussion with your team, two varieties have been selected from our genetics menu to address specific production and market needs:

Donachello (LCG x Pink Runtz)

Our flagship variety. A market favorite high performer - deep pink/purple with a candy-forward, gassy terpene profile. Proven production performer consistently testing above 30% THC. This variety delivers the bag appeal, potency metrics, and yield consistency.

Delivery: 1 tray (50 rooted clones), production-ready
Timeline: 3 weeks
Peach Breath

Selected to fulfill the request for a sativa-leaning hybrid with sub-65-day flower time and strong production metrics. This variety offers the sativa-leaning hybrid profile fills a gap in the current menu while maintaining the yield performance necessary for commercial viability. This plant is insane.

Delivery: 1 tray (50 rooted clones), production-ready
Timeline: 6-7 weeks (library activation + propagation)

Phase 2: Allocation of Requested Genetics

Your sales team has identified Cereal Milk and XJ-13 as priority additions to the menu. We will leverage our network and sourcing capabilities to locate and secure verified cuts of these varieties on your behalf.

Please note: Allocation of legacy genetics is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, we are confident in our ability to deliver based on current market relationships.

Additionally, you have indicated that your existing XJ-13 mother stock is showing signs of age-related decline and is no longer performing consistently in production. Replacement sourcing for this variety is included in this phase.

Phase 3: Pathogen Screening & Verification

All incoming genetics—whether sourced externally or delivered from our library—will undergo comprehensive pathogen panel testing prior to introduction to your facility. This protects your existing plant population and ensures clean integration into your IPM program.

Full panel screening includes HLVd, powdery mildew, Fusarium, Pythium, Botrytis, and other common pathogens.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The following services are available to support your cultivation program beyond the initial scope.

Non-Tissue Culture Genetic Restoration

Proprietary treatment protocol designed to clean and rejuvenate tired or declining genetics. This process utilizes a series of targeted treatments and rapid cycling techniques to achieve results comparable to tissue culture—without the extended timeline or cost.

Ideal for:

  • Mother plants showing reduced vigor, rooting performance, or yield decline
  • Genetics with suspected low-level pathogen loads
  • Legacy cuts you want to preserve and restore to peak performance
What it addresses: Age-related decline, vigor loss, Pythium, Fusarium (treatable if pathogen load is not lethal)
What it does not address: HLVd (Hop Latent Viroid) – infected material cannot be cleaned through this process
Timeline: 6-9 weeks
Deliverable: Rooted, cleaned clone(s) returned to client
Investment: $850 per variety
Recommendation: Your existing XJ-13 is a strong candidate for this service.
Post-Harvest Media Production

Professional photography and video capture of fresh harvest plants and finished flower to support your sales and marketing efforts with high-quality visual assets.

Includes day-of-harvest full plant imagery, finished flower macro photography, and short-form video content for digital marketing use.

Investment: See attached media deck for packages and pricing
